Joseph Hyrum Dodd is a seasoned insurance professional with more than two decades of industry experience and a strong record of leadership and growth. He currently serves as President of Clients First Insurance Group, LLC, a role he has held for the past nine years, where he continues to focus on client-centered solutions and agency development.
Joseph also serves as a member of the Professional Insurance Agents of Texas (PIA Texas) Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Membership Committee, helping strengthen engagement, growth, and value for independent agents across the state.
Previously, Joseph was President of All-Star Insurance Group, LLC from 2010 to 2017. During his tenure, he successfully grew the agency’s annual written premiums from $1 million to $7 million, demonstrating strategic vision, operational expertise, and a commitment to sustainable growth. Earlier in his career, Joseph worked as an Agent with Texas Farm Bureau Insurance from 2003 to 2010, building a strong foundation in customer service and insurance fundamentals.
Joseph is actively involved in both the insurance industry and his local community. He is a member of Big I and the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) and serves on the Republican Party of Upshur County Executive Committee. His community involvement includes coaching youth basketball, soccer, and track and field, as well as ongoing service within his local church.
He holds an Associate Degree in Arts and Sciences from Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho.
