Contractors: Commercial General Liability Coverage Issues

This course examines some of the major liability exposures faced by contractors and how the Commercial General Liability Policy responds to them.  We will review several ISO endorsements and see examples of non-standard endorsements often used by insurers.  In each case, we will discuss the effect that the endorsement has on the coverage that would otherwise have been afforded by the CGL policy.
